What you are signing up for

You are buying access to a workspace where AI agents run against rules, tools and spending limits that you set. An agent never carries out an action that changes the outside world by itself — it always writes a proposal first, and a fixed set of checks, a person, or a policy you set decides what happens next. That guarantee is the core of what this agreement covers.

Billing, in plain words

Saving a card does not charge it. Your subscription, and the first charge against your card, only begins when an owner activates a workspace that is ready to run. The accepted checkout quote sets that price. If setup expires before activation, the saved payment setup is cancelled without a charge.

What we can and cannot promise your agents will do

The availability of agent capabilities is shown on the pricing and readiness page. Some kinds of action — issuing an invoice, sending a first-contact message to someone who has not contacted you, publishing to a public account — always require a person to decide.

Cancelling

Contact support to arrange workspace closure or an export. Automated export and restore handling is not available in this release.
